A couple of days ago I ended my test phase and went live, so to speak. Of course, when you do, all sorts of problems start to pop up, lol. I guess that’s part of the game. One serious problem is that so far I’ve had 7 people tell me they are unable to register. Which is really strange, because a lot of people are registering without any issues.
I asked one person which device and browser they were using, she told me Samsung S10 and Chrome. I personally use the same combination and have no trouble registering. She told me she tried like 20 times. Do you know what the issue could be?

We’re sorry to read you’re facing this issue. However, the register feature is managed by BuddyPress and i’m afraid there is nothing we can do to help you.
Can you please be more specific and tell us what exactly this user face? Does she able to get to the register page? Does she get an error message after submitting?
