I’m not sure whats happening, but the visibility of the members area is dropping off, on and off again.
First I got it to work, then it was gone again. Then I think you guys added member Spring21 and they were back again and now they are gone again, see attached.

I’m glad to read that this issue is solved.
Please note that we have just released a new update of Member Swipe for BuddyPress. Updating this plugin to the latest version should fix this issue.
After the update, the problem should now be fixed. However, you might still be seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). To see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you:

Awesome, yeah the problem is fixed with the women being in the mens section. Now only the look has to be updated. At the moment the images are too small.

Yeah I know. I was referring to the design of the page itself. It’s not like it was before, see attached.
When will you adjust the look?June 8, 2021 at 14:47 #32290@themodactyl- 0 Topics

Sorry René, it seems I didn’t see your previous reply.
Concerning the design, it’s because it’s not the same plugin. As I told you in a previous answer, this plugin will be implemented in Gwangi in the followings weeks. We’ll inform you as soon as this update is available. 🙂

Hi René,
We recently released a new version of your theme. Updating your theme, Grimlock plugins and all the other recommended plugins to the latest version should fix this issue.
If you have correctly updated the theme and Grimlock, the problem should now be fixed. You might still be seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). So to see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
To update your theme, you can download and install the Envato Market plugin (envato.com/market-plugin/) on your WordPress site.
Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.
When this is done, you will see your purchased themes under the “Themes” tab and you should be able to update your theme from there by clicking the “Update available” button.
Cheers,

I have version 2.3.4. I think this is the latest?
You can see the current situation I have in the attached image. Also the arrow at the bottom are not aligned properly.
Maybe I need to delete the snippet you guys gave me? Will that bring up your new updates?

Hi René,
At this date, the version of Gwangi is 2.3.5.
Can you confirm me you downloaded and installed the Envato Market plugin (envato.com/market-plugin/) on your website? Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.
Please note that the snippet will not be useful anymore as soon as your theme will be correctly updated.

Cool, it worked. I’m missing the pretty background colour though, like you have in the original template.

Aah, but I liked that background, it was pretty. Maybe you can add background or design choices to your new Matchpress plugin. So people can choose which one they like.

Thank you for your feedback René. 🙂
This could be indeed a nice feature to add. I invite you to make a feature request on MatchPress forum:
If other users upvote your request we will implement this in a future update.
