It seems the website is not secure.
No one should be able to access another person’s “My Courses” page and view that members certificates etc.Whether someone is logged in or not, other members profiles are viewable. This is quite a dangerous security issue. LearnDash does not allow this.

Unfortunately, we have no clue. 🤔
It’s indeed a security issue that I think should be fixed by BuddyPress for LearnDash plugin. As this issue is related with LearnDash (sfwd-lms), it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors. They will be more informed and better suited to help you: LearnDash support.
Moreover, they might have a solution that we don’t know of. 🤔Please note that our theme is compatible with Paid Memberships Pro (paidmembershipspro.com), which allow you to charge users, implement recurring payments and restrict content or areas of your website that will only be displayed to premium members. Plenty of PMPro add-ons are available on the author website and I’m wondering if an add-on might correct this.
I hope LearnDash team will be able tor redirect you to one solution. Don’t hesitate to share the solution with us, we’re really curious to find out.
