    Hello @themosaurus

    Please, check it in mobile view. ios, Iphone se, safari browser.

    1. Not correct size of “cut avatar” button
    2. Small avatar size during uploading from phone. Very poor quality. The size of the avatar should be the same as for main site, but in responsive view.
    So, the uploaded avatar via mobile should look good in PC window

    Hi @wegosi,

    Can you please create a new website user for us? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
    the old ones seem to be out of work. You can post the user name and password in your next private reply.

    Cheers,

    Hi @wegosi,

    1. To change this, simply add the following code snippet to your website:

    #buddypress .drag-drop .drag-drop-inside {
    	padding: 40px 10px !important;
    }
    #bp-browse-button {
        white-space: normal !important;
        padding: 5px !important;
    }

    We will include this patch in our next update.

    2. In fact, from a logical point of view, this seems normal since we cut out a part of an image that is small (since it is resized on a mobile phone).
    I understand that this can be very annoying for mobile users..

    Please note that this issue is related with the customization of a third party plugin, not with the use of your theme. As theme authors, the debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide.

    To go further, we invite you to ask for more help from the plugin authors and post your request on their support forums:

    Feel free to come back to us if you have any news on this subject. ?

    All the best,
