Hi Support Team,
I have messaged your team a month ago to resolve my issue on elementor template of member directory. And you responded me with some solutions I have tried them but problem didn’t resolved. I was in an emergency so I couldn’t reply you on time. Kindly resolve this issue I have deactivated all the third party plugins but member directory page is still not working. I do not need members list I want member directory page so that I can complete my project.
I also checked that eye icon on login page is also not working. It remains still after clicking on it and doesn’t show typed password. I have tried a lot but this issue is also not resolving. I have attached the screenshot of login page.

It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
