    Hi @vinaysays01,

My best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.

Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?

Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.

    I’m waiting for your feedback.

    Thank you.

    Hey Manhattan,

I tried following your directions but still see the issue.

Then I went to your demo account and followed the same steps and I see the 404 error on your demo account as well. Have you tested your demo account?

From the demo link, if I create a new user then I am not able to add a new article.

    It throws page 404

Basically issue is reproducible at your end and you can debug at your end.

    Steps to reproduce-
    – Create new user from this link- https://community.gorgo-theme.com/register/
    – Activate the user from the email that I got on my email ID
    – Login to my account using the credentials
    – On top right, go to user profile and click on “+ New article”

Please resolve this issue at earliest as I am completely blocked on this for last few days.

    Hi, Team,

I also tried steps from here https://doc.themosaurus.com/my-users-cannot-create-posts-in-front-end/?menu=gorgo but no luck. Still I see 404 error.

    Hi @vinaysays01,

Can you please make sure that your newly registered users have the appropriate role (like “Author”), allowing them to create posts on your website?

Our demo user does have the appropriate role, which lets you test this feature in the front-end. (Please attached.)

    Thank you.
