Hi @harryshapes,
Thanks your feedback. However we’re having trouble reproducing these issues from our side (except for the “Remove an event” page which is indeed a bug).
As there have certainly been some updates since our last exchanges can you also tell us which version of all these plugins you are using:
– The Events Calendar
– The Events Calendar Pro
– Community Events
– Event Tickets
– Event Tickets Plus
– Community EventsThank you in advance for your answers.

Hi @harryshapes,
Sorry but we we really can’t manage to reproducing all these issues (except for the “Remove an event” page which is indeed a bug and it’s already added to our todo list).
Can you please tell us which version of all these plugins you are using:
– The Events Calendar
– The Events Calendar Pro
– Community Events
– Event Tickets
– Event Tickets Plus
– Community EventsAlso check that you have the latest versions of grimlock and grimlock for the Events Calendar plugins.
Moreover, it is really difficult for us to target your issues without having admin access to your site. We have no way to test if it comes from a version issue, bad settings, another plugin or if it’s a real bug with our themes/plugins.
We really hope that you can provide us administrator credentials because otherwise we’ll be unable to solve these issues.
Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Hi @harryshapes,
I’m sorry, but we really need admin credentials. Or at least a user role that can access to events calendar settings and WordPress global settings.
This will allow us to enable or disable some options in The events calendar settings to find out what’s wrong with the community pages.Otherwise we are unable to find the problem and therefore to solve it.
Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Hi @harryshapes,
We’re sorry but these credentials don’t have admin rights. We really need access to the back-office of your site.
Can you look at that?
Thank you in advance,

Hi @harryshapes,
Under the Display tab in the events settings, make sure to select the “Tribe Events Styles” setting and the “Full Width Template” events template. Then check your issues again to see if they’re fixed.
If that doesn’t fix your issues, please provide us with administration access to your website. As stated before it will be much quicker if we can access your website’s settings, instead of having to ask you a lot of questions everytime. If you don’t feel safe sharing an administration account with us, please remember that you can (and should) make a full backup of your website beforehand. That way if anything goes wrong you’ll always be able to fully restore your website to its previous state.
Best regards,

Thank you for the credentials.
I have gone through your events settings and changed the Display settings to the correct ones. It seems like that fixed the styling issues shown on your screenshots (buttons sizes, attendees page, attendees table on mobile, etc…).
As for the title and description not being displayed on your events page, I believe I’ve found the cause of that issue. I think your website contains a value from an old version of our Grimlock plugin that causes the title and description to be hidden. I should be able to easily fix that with a couple lines of code to delete that old value. To do that, I will need to use the Code Snippets plugin but I noticed that I am unable to install a plugin on your website. So can you please install the following plugin for me:
When this is done I should be able to quickly fix the title/description issue.

Hi @harryshapes,
Thank you for installing the plugin. Looks like the issue was exactly what I thought and I’ve been able to fix it thanks to the code snippets plugin. Can you please check on your side and confirm that you are now seeing the title and description on your events page as expected?

As stated before, your website contained a value from an old version of our Grimlock plugin. In one of the latest releases of Grimlock, we changed the way the custom header title and subtitle are displayed. That value from the old version of Grimlock was hiding the title and subtitle, so with a code snippet I deleted these values and it fixed the issue. Of course we have also patched Grimlock so that it doesn’t happen to other users, so we thank you for your valuable feedback.
Hope this answers your question.
Best regards,
