Hi Support Tema,
While I was installing DEMO, I got the different appearance with your DEMO.
I tried to do the same way of installation 3 times more as per your FAQ.
But, I couldn’t succeed to get the same DEMO like yours.Therefore, please assist me to have the same DEMO environment.

From your screenshot, I can see that you’re missing the demo content.
We’re not sure to know what is causing this issue as we’re not facing it with our demo or any other website. If something went wrong during the import, it’s recommended to address the issue right now as it might lead to other problems in the future.
If you’re not too far ahead with building your website, we really suggest to use the setup wizard to reinstall the theme. This tool will programmatically redo the setup and do some extra steps for you.
You can easily reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard.
Then, if this issue persists, our best guess is that it is caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.
In this case, could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
We also recommend that you first take look to this post, as it addresses the most frequent demo import issue and how to fix them:
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. You could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.

Our theme offers a built-in setup wizard if you are looking for a ready-to-use demo to start their website.
Simply navigate to “Appearance > Theme Setup” and launch the wizard to get the exact same and fully functional demo like the one that we advertise. Our setup wizard will dynamically activate the recommended plugins based on the selected demo as not every one requires the same plugins, import the demo content and programmatically do several extra steps for you.
Unfortunately, we do not provide any installation service. If you need help with the setup of your website, we advise that you hire a freelancer.
If you’re on a tight budget, we recommend you to require the services from Envato Studio freelancers (https://studio.envato.com/explore/websites-programming). This web platform gives you access to developers who have already experience with theme customizations, and for $50 or other very competitive prices.

If something is crashing during your import, the WP logs will show the error that you will able to either share with us or your hosting service support.
