We use WooCommerce Subscriptions (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/) in our demo websites. Unfortunately, this plugin is not bundled with our theme and can be bought separately.
The pricing tables are dynamically created with a widget from Grimlock for WooCommerce Subscriptions. You can download this Grimlock add-on for free if you wish to use WC Subscriptions.
