Hi Thanissara,
Did you recently update your BuddyPress version to 3.0.0 ?
If you did, please update Gwangi to version 1.0.3. An issue has been fixed regarding BP integration and your profile pages should display correctly.
If you did not, can you provide us with a WordPress log file ? To activate logging on your website, just turn WP_DEBUG to true, like following:
define ('WP_DEBUG', TRUE);
You will find this constant in your wp-config.php file.
More on this in the following topic: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPressCheers,

Hi,
You just need to replace the older version by 1.0.3.
You can simply download the latest version of the Gwangi package from ThemeForest. Then, unzip the package and locate the theme zip file. Finally, just upload the new theme and click the Activate button, like you did the first time you’ve installed our theme.

Hi Thanissara,
Your previous version of Gwangi is probably still installed or activated. The simplest way is to activate another theme (i.e. Twenty Seventeen) and remove Gwangi by clicking on the Delete button.
Then, just upload the new Gwangi version and click the Activate button, like you did the first time you’ve installed our theme.
Sorry for your inconvenience. We should have been more precise.

Hello,
many thanks for your help. So after updating the theme these bugs have been fixed:
If you click in the user profile on the following links you will find the page permanently and nothing happens:
Click on Settings in the profile
click notifications
clicking forum
click (on DWQA Is a Q and A plug-in)However, there is the problem with the fields in the registry:
on the registration page does not display all fields. Because normally they are stored in “Primary” display. It wants to be displayed but only the thirdAnd in the profile search no result is displayed, there is always only a message that no profile was found. Although there are profiles that need to be displayed in the search.
And then there is this:
How can I remove this bar on the entire page? (I add pictures)Many thanks in advance

You’ve posted:
And then there is this:
How can I remove this bar on the entire page? (I add pictures)Can you be more specific?
Do you mean the red oblique line displayed on your header ?
Thank you for your reply.

Hi,
I’ve found more errors.
If I want to create a logout menu, it does not appear as created.
There is no “Logout” possibility! When one is named “logout” Logout in the menu incorporates then you get only one side.
Is there a possibility the top right of the icon to clear to create it for the users? And please do not forget the bug reports in my previous post.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
We are disabling some plugins and looking into your issues.
Thank you for your patience.

Hi,
1) Regarding the registration form fields, we have disabled the following BuddyPress add-on:
– BuddyPress Member Type Generator
And now, your registration form is displaying properly after having purged the cache. (Please review the attachments for the following private reply.)
So it’s clearly related with a misconfiguration of this third party plugin.
Unfortunately, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme (Gwangi) and our plugins (Grimlock suite).
We invite you to ask for more help with these projects on its support forum:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/bp-member-type-generator2) To create the logout link, please just add the BuddyPress Log Out menu item. You will find this menu item under the BuddyPress section of the admin menu panels. The following post might help you going further with the menus for logged-out and logged-in users:
3) You are probably referring to the header of your pages, under the primary navigation. To make it disappear, simply navigate to “Customize > Appearance > Header > General” and uncheck the two boxes found under the Display section.
Cheers,

Hi Thanissara,
1) Yes, you have several other options:
A – You could extend the BuddyPress user profiles and create a “Member Type” field. Then, you could allow your users to select their own type during registration.B – You could install another plugin to go further with the “Member Type” feature and the permission granted by this label. Gwangi will work partially with the following plugins:
These plugins add mostly back-end capabilities. So, they should work correctly with Gwangi.
The installation, setting or debugging of these plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme (Gwangi) and our plugins (Grimlock suite).2) The member search is working properly if the default value are changed. (Please review the attachments for the following private post.)
However, it seems like the default value for the home form template is already selected (Country: Afghanistan) but not already selected for the directory form template (Country: Country). This issue will be fixed our next update (Gwangi 1.0.4), that will be released this week.
3) The grayish background color should be applied to the search form fields only in the front page hero content. In your case, the fields should be displayed as white and not gray. We will also fix this issue in our next update (Gwangi 1.0.4).
4) As mentioned in point 2, home form will behave similarly as directory form after Gwangi 1.0.4 and display a blank default value (Country: Country).
