I’ve an error on my site since the beginning of installing your theme + plugins. See image below.

No worries. These are PHP warnings, not errors. Unlike errors, warnings won’t break your website. They’re message aimed at developers to improve the code or the support for newer PHP features.
Could you make sure that you have the latest version of all required plugins, especially Grimlock please? Updating your theme and all the required plugins to the latest version might fix this issue.
Furthermore, I suggest that you hide these from your pages by activating logging on your website. Simply turn WP_DEBUG to true and paste the following code lines in your wp-config.php file, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’:
