Sorry, I feel like I’m spamming the forums here but I can’t find a get in touch option other than posting on the forum –

All seems working fine on our side. That’s really odd!
However, what you’re trying to do cannot be achieve using Customizer options or some code snippet that we could provide. To add/change this feature to your website, the best practice is to create your own child theme and override the template.
