I hope you are doing well.
I have an issue with your plugin called rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress.
I Contact My hosting provider Bluehost and they suggested me this below:“Thanks for contacting Bluehost Customer Service.
This email is regarding last chat with us, we have checked that issue and it seems that the Plugin was updated so we have tried to rollback the version but that was not successfully and it seems that the core files of the Plugin was updated and you will have to check that with the Plugin vendor

As this issue is related with rtMedia, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors. They will be more informed and better suited to help you.
