Hello!
We’ve purchased Gwangi Theme today and, when we installed it, it crashed the whole website layout, as seen in the screenshots. We tried turning the recommended and/or essential plugins on and off, but didn’t work either way. Before Gwangi, we used BuddyX Theme, and also tested other free themes, but none of them caused this crashing. We use BuddyPress and Youzify.
We went back to BuddyX for now, as you can see if you access our website (guildfinder.com.br), but the screenshots show what happened with Gwangi. We can turn on the Gwangi again if you need it for debugging.
Can you help us fix this please?
Thank you!

Hi GuildFinder,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
I think that something went wrong during the import. In this case, we really suggest you to reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard.
You can easily install the theme by relaunching the setup wizard, as it will programmatically do every steps for you.
Please be aware that resetting you website will erase all your data. We suggest you to make a backup BEFORE resetting your website.
Regards,

Where can we download the wizard setup? When we downloaded from Envato, there wasn’t any wizard neither the recommended apps, like Grimlock.
Thank you

We couldn’t make it work :/ Is there any other solution? We don’t think this theme will stop crashing the site, can we please get a refund?

Hi GuildFinder,
We’re sorry to read you can’t make it works.
In that case, it’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings. You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.
Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
For all refund requests, please review the Envato Refund policy:
https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund-
https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policyIf your issue is matching the described conditions, please introduce your request to Envato. It will be redirected to the marketing team.
Thank you in advance.
