Hello,
for the “logged-in users”, the Gwangi Menus ( Header Menu ) are completely missing ( see screenshot )
How can I fix it ?I am using “Ultimate Membership Pro” and the “Primary Menu” is set to “Visible for logged-in users”

Hi Steffen, 🙂
Please be aware that there is already a feature in Gwangi that allows you to use a different sub-menu for logged in and logged out users. Please find the attached screenshot.
This issue seems related to a third party plugin. My best guess is that Ultimate Memberships Pro might be misconfigured. Can you deactivate this plugin temporarily to see if the menu is back ? This way, we’ll be sure that the issue is related to this plugin, and not another.
Best,

Hi Steffen,
Thank you for your feedback.
It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.
