Hi there,
I can not figure out how to translate the string in the image.
I have found the strings in the POT file and I have translated them, but they’re not showing. The other translations that I’ve made are showing correctly.
How to fix this?
Hi Jeanine,
The “from” and “to” strings need to be translated from the BP Search Profile plugin. That plugin doesn’t provide a POT file, so I created one with all the strings from that plugin which you can download here: https://support.themosaurus.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/9/2018/08/bp-profile-search.pot
Once you have translated the strings you need, you should have a bp-profile-search-en_US.mo and bp-profile-search-en_US.po file (replace en_US by the language code of your choice) that you will place in the wp-content/languages/plugins directory of your site.
The “Submit” button can be directly translated from the gwangi.pot file. Please make sure that you have a gwangi-en_US.mo and gwangi-en_US.po file (once again replace en_US with your language code) located in the wp-content/languages/themes directory of your website.
