Thanks for responding, I saw all the possible options but got the following error after going a bit deep.
Can you please look into this? I saw all the plugins, permissions, checked with the hosting provider also but nothing helped 🙁

We investigated, but it seems this issue is coming from your server. We think there is a module that is missing. we suggest you to reach your host and ask them to activate the “mime_magic” module on your server.
If you have the possibility, I suggest you to install your website on another server to make sure that this issue is coming from your actual host.
Hope your hosting provider will be able to help you with this information.
