Hello
I just did the update and I realized that now the articles button does not appear in the user’s profile menu.
Only appears if the user has an administrator profile, subscribers do not have the articles button.
I have not changed any settings and before the update if you see the button on all types of users
Attached screenshot so you see what I mean.
Thank you

Hi,
It seems this issue comes form the “Social articles” plugin.
We have tested on our side and we also have the problem with our theme (gwangi) and with the basic WP theme (Tweentyseventien)..We invite you to ask for more help with “Social articles” author on their support forums:
I hope you will have answers to your problem.
Cheers,

But if until now it did not happen and after the update of gwangi if it happens I do not see that it is only a problem of the plugin.

Hi
I followed the steps that the plugin developer gave me:Social Articles tries to work just like WP Backend…so subscriber can’t create posts because this role doesn’t have the capability “edit_posts”. Here you can find more information about that: https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities#Capability_vs._Role_Table
You can use this plugin to add the capability “edit_posts” to subscribers: https://es-ar.wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/
