When you select to upload photo, the page refreshes and the new photo does not get uploaded.

Can you please provide us with screenshots -with before/after upload mentions- of your website? Please don’t hesitate to comment or highlight your screenshots to help us better understand your issue.
Also, can you please create a new website user for us if you haven’t already done so? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
