At the top of my site I have these warnings:

WooCommerce support said that you need to update the theme and that I should not attempt to do any of those updates myself. Please help. thank you.

We recently release a new version of Grimlock for WooCommerce. Updating your theme and all the required plugins to the latest version should fix this issue.
