Hi,
I am about to update my theme. I have not touched any files but I do have few code snippets in “Snippets” plugin and I also have some custom CSS in Appearance -> customize -> Additional css section.
I’d like to know am I missing those custom code after the update?Regards
Hi @elaheh,
No, as you mentioned, your snippets are managed by a third party plugin which stores them in your database. No theme update should erase that.
However, it is always best practice to backup your files and database before doing any update. ?
