Greetings.
With the new iOS 15 update, safari has been updated. I have been looking the web from my mobile and white margins have appeared on the top and in the footer. This did not happen before, it has been after the iOS 15 update.
– It has been tested from an iphone 11 pro max. The images are from the armadon demo.
– In the second image, the white margin appears when it is forced to scroll down, even at the end of the page.

Hi Bedurion,
Thank you reporting this issue.
It seems that this issue is, indeed, related to iOS 15. However, only the demos displayed by Envato seem to have this issue. We did some tests and noticed that we can face this issue on all Envato previews for any theme on ThemeForest.
In conclusion, there is nothing to do with our theme. We assume that Envato team will fix this issue as soon as possible. 🙂

Hi Bedurion,
It’s very odd. 🤔
We took a look at your website but we can’t face this issue. Please find the screenshots in my following answer.
In order to make sure this issue is not related to a third party plugin, could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. This issue could come from a conflicting version between plugins. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
We’re waiting for your feedback.
Thank you.

I have reset the cookies, and disabled all plugins. I have recorded a video from the iphone with all the plugins deactivated to show the white margins that appear on all the pages.
This only happens in the safari browser for iphone. This also happens in the armadon demo.
I have tried other browsers like chrome, firefox on iphone and mac and it doesn’t happen. The white color does not appear on the top and bottom. (In tablet I have not done tests).
Note: I have verified that this only occurs in portrait view, in landscape view of the iphone it does not happen.
The first video shows the vertical view, and the second the horizontal view.

Video 2 landscape view: https://photos.app.goo.gl/FFXw5rNVQ3GsPYPbA
Thank you!!

Hi Bedurion,
Thank you for your feedback. 🙂
Can you please make sure you set a background color in Customize > Appearance > Global > Background, please?
