Hello, most of the time when users close the browser or turn off their devices, users disconnect on their own. I have tried changing the template and even deactivating all the plugins and the problem keeps happening. So I think it’s a buddy press problem or my hosting configuration, or cookie problems but I don’t know how to solve it.
My hosting tells me that their problem is not.
Could you guide me to find out if I can find a solution? For example, how can I configure so that the cookie lasts a certain time on the users’ devices.I appreciate any help you can give me since I love the gwangi template.

It might be related to the cookies. Note that when a user is logging, he can select “remember me”. This way, when the page is closed, he still will be logged in.

Hola, es que aunque el usuario le de recordar los datos, al cerrar el navegador y al volver a entrar el usuario se desconecta algunas veces. Hay alguna forma de configurar wordpress para que la cookie dure el tiempo que uno quiera, por ejemplo un año o asi?
