Some fonts seem to load and others not but we cannot find the reason why without access to your dashboard and your files.

Can you please send us:
– FTP address,
– FTP user,
– FTP password?

Can you also create a new user with Administrator role so we can review your site settings?

We’re really sorry for the trouble you’re experiencing.

We still cannot access your website because of a SSL misconfiguration (ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH). We cannot access the link from your latest reply too.
As soon as we can get access back to your website, we’ll debug the issue with the font file that is not loading properly.

We’ve made very minor tweaks to your WP Rocket settings.
However, the issue came from elsewhere: your permission weren’t correctly set for the gwangi fonts directory containing gwangi.ttf. So, your website wasn’t able to open the font file, thus slowing the loading process.

We’ve changed the permission settings to let the font file correctly load.

This issue is now fixed.
