Hello,
We attempted to tackle this issue some time ago, but I cannot trace the forum topic.
When adding a photo or video to the timeline, immediately when uploaded, it posts without giving time to add text or descriptions to it.
Seems to be something broken, what can I do to fix this?
Hi @abourne,
We believe this might be an option in the rtMedia plugin, maybe the “Direct Upload” option. You can find this option by going in rtMedia > Settings > Display. Can you please try to disable this option if it is enabled and see if it resolves the issue?
If that does not resolve the issue, we advise that you contact rtMedia support as the image/video upload feature is provided by the rtMedia plugin which means we will unfortunately not be able to help you further if that is a bug within that plugin.
