    Hi, I am having similar issues to the person in this post, however you closed this chain of messages, so I am having to start a new one. https://support.themosaurus.com/forums/topic/memers-are-unable-to-reset-password-via-forgot-password-on-login/

    I did everything that was suggested by your representative, updated the theme, downloaded the grimlock login as well. Tried to deactivate login with ajax plugin as suggested in the above post, but i am getting error messages. and when I do use the login with ajax, the forgot password is not working.

    please help.

    Hi @loveplove,

    Are you experiencing the same issue when you disable Grimlock Login AND Login With AJAX? In other words, when you’re prompted with the default WP Login form, do you see the same error message?

    No. I wanted to use Ajax initially, and it is not working with Grimlock login. I searched Ajax support forums, asked the question, found lots of people with the same issue. But Ajax has not been responding for some time, around 2-3 months. So I decided to get a completely different login form – Custom Login plugin, and that is now working fine with Grimlock.

    So I guess this issue is no longer relevant.
