Hello,
I want to limit the age of registration to people of full age, so display 2019 -18 years. So I read (https://support.themosaurus.com/forums/topic/age-range/), on the other hand I have 2 problems:
1) When I enter the change and valid, it does not take into account me request. It does not change it on the registration page, for example I try to do it like this (picture 1) and it does not take it into account and I do not understand why …
2) I do not understand how it happened, but on the profiles of the members I have the date of birth which is displayed instead of the age and I wish to give the age and not the date of birth (picture 2)

I got to record the period from the date of 99 to 18 years back.
I have not received an answer from you today (I do not blame you for that).
I thought that I may have installed a plugin that has disrupted the display (age to date of birth).So I looked in my backup wp and host backup to deliver a version from before. And I always have the date of birth that appears.
so I reinstall a whole new site. (hard to say that you have to redo everything!)
I immediately change the profile field date of birth (from 99 to 18 years before). And even on the new site he directly displays the date of birth on the profile and not the ageI do not understand,…
Has there been an update? does it come from 99 – 18 years ago? Or can it come that I named “date de naissance” instead of birthdate?

Currently there is an issue with the way these settings are taken into account, hence the opening of this feature request:
This will be fixed in an upcoming version. In the meantime, please reset the fields and form settings as it used to be when you’ve setup your theme (or as shown in the linked topic).
We recommend against changing the name of BuddyPress xProfile fields as all the code applied to those might not work anymore, like the display of the “Birthdate” as the member’s age. You should consider instead translating the BuddyPress field names with translation plugins like WPML and BuddyPress Multilingual:
