I managed to sort this out myself. The issue was the images were copy-pasted in. It seems when images are copy-pasted in they disrupt the code somehow and stop the blog from appearing
When creating blog posts you will need to insert them using elementor/ WP editor.
I hope this helps anyone having similar issues 🙂
