Thank you both so much @johan for assisting me! I just uploaded WP Mail SMTP. You are so right about that plugin. I have it on one of my other sites and it works beautifully. I forgot about it, though!

How do I check the Set up of BP Emails /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=bp-email, to make sure that I have the email template properly installed?
