Hi from French Caribbean !
Fisrt: Love your package theme Gwangi
Second: sorry for my english, that a very long time without eating a good cheesecake in Houston!
I just finish the firsts steps of a new dating site and I encounter some issues. When I try to upload a new profil image, upload is ok but:
– doesn’t see the image (only a very tiny point)
– when I wanna crop the image I have a error messageAnother issue is that I still have the admin bar for non admin members even with the plugin hide the admin bar…It is strange because it works good the admin.
Let me know if you need to check backoffice.
Regards.David

Hi @icharme,
Glad you like our theme, it means a lot to us!
And your English sounds more than good so don’t worry about that :).Apparently your theme is in version 1.2.1 and we recently release a new version of Gwangi (1.3.1).
Updating your theme (parent and child) and all the required plugins to the latest version should fix this issue. To update your theme, you can download and install the Envato Market plugin (https://envato.com/market-plugin/) on your WordPress site.
Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.
When this is done, you will see your purchased themes under the “Themes” tab and you should be able to update your Gwangi theme from there by clicking the “Update available” button.
However, it very difficult for us to provide the best support possible and to keep track of issues and their resolution if you have multiple questions in the same topic. Moreover, it’s easier for us to share the resolution for a single issue with other members of our community facing the same problem.
So, we will answer the first question in this topic. In the future, can you please split the others into different topic?
By doing this, you will be making a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that! For now, here are our answers to your concern:
1) It seems that this upload issue is only present on your site. You can see that we don’t have the problem on our online demo. When we check your site, there is an error due to https (SSL). This can also be responsible for this upload problem.2) To hide the admin bar you can follow the steps in these articles:
Hope this will help :).
Best regards,

Hi @icharme,
After switching theme to the default one (Twenty Nineteen), it seems that this issue comes directly from BuddyPress, another plugin or your server.
Unfortunately, we have no clue.As this issue is related with the BuddyPress plugin, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors.
They will be more informed and better suited to help you.To go further, we invite you to post your request on their support forums:
https://buddypress.org/support/We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.
Best,
