Can you please confirm me you’re using Paid Memberships Pro? In that case, these issues might be related to this plugin as it restricts access to some features. I suggest you to deactivate this plugin to see if these issues persist.
Please note that if the deactivation of PMPro solve these issues, it means that they are related with the use of Paid Memberships Pro, not with the use of your theme. In that case, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors as they will be more informed and better suited to help you.
