I have setup Cera and the demo content, and has activated the plugin Echo Knowledge Base including the Grimlock for Knowledge Base plugin.

When the user is clicking on a single article in the Knowledge Base for viewing, the article is shown up as a block inside the News page as a part of the entire news feed, and the menu for News is lightening up like the user has clicked on News in the menu

How do I get the article to be shown in the Knowledge Base area and not in the News area?

The problem, that the article was showing up inside the news feed have I solved by NOT using the Cera theme on Knowledge Base pages, but using the theme from Knowledge Base itself.

BUT the other problem, namely that the News menu item is lightening up, when an article is shown from the Knowledge Base is still an issue. How do I solve that?

    Hi @hyldahl,

My best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.

Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?

Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.

If this issue persists, could you share the URL to your website with us please? You can post it in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.

    Thank you.
