    Hi, I have a question. I have 17 users who have not activated their profile. If I activate them manually, can they start session later?

    Hi @chilepower,

    Yes exactly, if you activate their account manually with the function shown on your screenshot, these users should be able to login on your website with no issue 🙂

    does not work, after activating the user can not login the user appears a password error

    Can you please make sure that the user has used the correct password?

    You can also try to manually change their password by going in Users, then clicking on the user of your choice, change their password and then click “Save”.
