Hi, one of our customers signed up on our site but the activation code that was sent wasn’t working. Is there a way to resend the activation code from the backend? OR can we manually approve them?
Hi @chrissmz5,
Yes, you can manually activate member from your dashboard. Just go to your dashboard and navigate to “Users > Manage Signups”. Then, open the “Pending” tab to which account is still pending and needs to be activated.
