My best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some third party plugin. Could you deactivate Paid memberships Pro plugin please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please be aware that this plugin allows you to charge users, implement recurring payments and restrict content or areas of your website that will only be displayed to premium members. I think that this plugin is not configured yet, so the Social Articles feature is privatised to admin only.
