Hi Paul,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
This issue might be related to the cache. If this issue still occuring after refreshing the page, it might be best if we take a quick look at this.
Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

Hi Manathan,
Thanks for your quick response, I saw this morning that the new member types are now available in the profile,
Thank you very much to you and your team for your contribution to make such a great software.I especially appreciate your use of Gutenberg blocks to build the site, without the need for another site builder.
This feature can be a selling point for your software!!About the member types, there is another question, is the new members who join our site are automatically classified as “students” member type!!
This is a problem for us, how to change this initial setting?
Thanks again to you and your team.Paul Wan

Hi Paul,
Thank you for your awesome feedback. We’re really glad to read our theme suits your needs! 🥰
Feel free to review our theme on our Themeforest page: themeforest.net/item/cera-intranet-community-theme/.
It’s very appreciated and it helps us making our products more known to new potential customers, which allow us more time to improve the quality over time and develop new features. It’s a win-win ! And by doing this, you will be making a great contribution to our community! #SharingIsCaring 👍🏻Concerning the member type, please be aware that this feature is related to BuddyPress. To know more about this, please don’t hesitate to take a look at this article from BuddyPress support: Member Types.
Note that this feature might be kinda limited. BuddyBoss team has developed a plugin to take further the member type functionality. You might be interested by adding this third party plugin: BuddyPress Member Types.
Hope this will help you. 🙂
Cheers!
