i would like to add registration form and swap it with hero form and add the basic items in buddy press profile fields

As you have correctly noticed, the profile search from displayed on the homepage is a simple shortcode. So, if you replace it by another shortcode for the registration form, this might work, in theory…
Unfortunately, this feature is not available with BuddyPress and to our knowledge, there is no plugin that you could install to add this feature to your website. You could try the following plugin:
But, it’s not supported by our theme and it doesn’t seem to support BuddyPress either. So, the extended profile fields might not be imported in the registration form provided by the plugin.
We think that this feature requires custom development work and we advise that you try to reach a developer to do this task for you.
