Hello,
When creating an additional field group, it does not show up under member profile. Under view, the default tab (“base”) is the only tab shown. I changed the field group name to “General Information” so you’re aware and not to be confused when viewing screenshots. General Information tab was the “base” tab name. Anyway, I adding the additional field group through users->profile fields via WordPress dashboard. Any help to why the additional field is not shown would be appreciated.
Hi Carm,
This field group is certainly hidden as the fields are empty. You have to edit your profile to make this field group visible and complete your information.
