I used the WP mail SMTP plugin to set up the email and confirmed that the test email was sent successfully.
However, after registering as a member, an email for verification is not sent. Why is that? please tell me how to solve it,thank you.

Hi Kama,
Thank you for bring this issue to our attention. This issue can occur when your activation or registration email is either not send by your server -for instance, when mailing services are incorrectly set- or not received by your registering user because of his mail client spam filter.

Please note that this issue is related with the settings of your installation, not with the use of your theme. As theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins or server isn’t part of the support we will provide.
If you need more help, we invite you to address this issue to your server hosting support. They might be able to help you from their side.
