See image attached. The Events Calendar seems to taking a Posts type of page to create the ‘My Events’ section. What this does is that it adds an author part to it, which is always me, since I’m the only allowed author. Is it possible to have that part removed from this page?
And I was also wondering if it’s possible to replace the background image. If yes, how.

Hi René,
You can edit the single event page in Customize > The Events Calendar > Single Event. There, you should be able to uncheck “Display Organizer” to hide it.
Concerning the image, please note that the default image can be edited in Customize > The Events Calendar > Events Page > Style.

Can we please take a look at this? In that case, could you create a new website user for us please? As you know: if possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings. You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.
You know the procedure, but I have to remind you that we always suggest to make a backup before we investigate on your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

We investigated and it seems this issue is related to The Events Calendar: Community Events. This add-on is not (yet) compatible with our theme. However, it would be indeed very nice to integrate it.
Please note that I took the liberty to move this topic to our Feature Requests forum. As your idea could be a nice addition to our theme, we will implement this feature if other community members upvote your request.
