When you click on authors in the top nav, it reveals the authors or Members On the website. when you click on the profile of any author it takes you to the profile page but if someone wants to read their published article, How can I connect the articles with the profile so that people can also see the articles published by them.

Hi Suzanne,
This is standard behaviour with BuddyPress. Author profile page is managed by default by WordPress. Unfortunately, we think that to redirect the user profile to author page it requires custom development work.
Maybe these topics will help you to solve your issue as they seem to answer a related concern:
In consequence, our recommendation is to hire a freelancer to do this job for you.
If you’re on a tight budget, we recommend you to require the services from Fiverr. This web platform gives you access to developers who have already experience with theme customizations, and for very competitive prices.
We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.

Hi Suzanne,
Of course. To change this, go to Settings > Reading. Then you need to change the value of the option “Show maximum blog pages” according to the number of posts you want to show. This article might catch your attention: How to Change the Number of Posts Displayed On Your WordPress Blog Page.
