Hi all
I was wondering if there’s an option for admins to automatically accept new users who register on the website?
Now we have to manually accept them, and sometimes users have to wait a few hours before we can do this.Thanks in advance.

Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
Please note that user registration is handled by BuddyPress, not by our theme. The user is marked as Pending when he hasn’t verified his email address. Indeed, when the user registers, he receives an email to validate his account. As soon as the user validates his email, his registration is finalized and he should be able to access your site. Unless you use a third party plugin to accept users manually, this is how it should work.
However, your problem may be that the user does not receive a confirmation email. In that case, this issue can occur when your activation or registration email is either not send by your server -for instance, when mailing services are incorrectly set- or not received by your registering user because of his mail client spam filter.
