I would like to add a field in the profile field that is autocomplete. But I can find this option there.
How is it possible to add this field?

Ok, so the function of creating customs profile fields is provided from the plugin https://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-xprofile-custom-field-types/

I didn’t know that.
There is nothing to do with autocomplete for location, that’s another story 🙂

The profile fields are managed by BuddyPress. However, I send you this plugin as it might be related with what you’re trying to achieve.
Please note that I made a mistake, I suggest you to address this request to the BuddyPress authors first, not the BuddyPress Xprofile Custom Field Types authors as I suggested. I change my previous answer to provide you the correct link.
