It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

We are very anxious about this part because the workshop is about to start registration.
My problem is, avatar pluging, selected many attributes, but Profile basic & detail can not be displayed, as the attached picture.

I took a look to understand what exactly you were trying to achieve. Note that the Authors Avatar Block is manage by Author Avatars List/Block plugin. However, we build the Grimlock Author Avatars Section block that uses the basic Authors Avatar Block and add extra style to make it more suitable to your theme.
As this question is related to the use of the block of this plugin, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors. They will be more informed and better suited to help you. To go further, we invite you to post your request on their support forums: Author Avatars List/Block support.
