Hello, I saw in the list on envato that Bp better messages what compatible with the theme (https://gyazo.com/ec245c06d81ccc147baa45b52ff03397)
But it acts weird with the theme See here: https://gyazo.com/c1f24502782f68484be93da1d7a02ee7
It has a huge space on the bottom that covers 50% of the user list and when clicking on the user, instead of opening a new chat window it directs me to the user profile (the last one might be the bp better messages plugin, idk adding incase)
The first one I am pretty sure is the theme, just asking if theres a quick fix for this, ty

Yes i am using the premium version of BP Better messages

Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
