Hi.
I set the Cera theme with youzer plugin(free version).
All the plugin installed and contents imported successfully.
But I can’t see what you showed in the demo site bellow.Your demo site: https://youzer.cera-theme.com/

– I confirmed there is no more ‘update theme’ button in envato market plugin I activated.
– I attached some capture images for your reference.Please hurry because my manager gave me only 5days to complete this site…OTL

I’m very sorry to read about your trouble. It seems like something went wrong with Elementor and its styles during the import.
Could you make sure that your Elementor templates have been imported correctly please? You can your Elementor templates in WP admin. Just go to your dashboard and navigate to “Templates > Saved Templates”. Then, click view for the “Home” to see if it look like our demo. You could also get a screenshot of the template to share with us.
If Elementor is not properly set or if something went wrong during your setup, we really suggest to use the setup wizard to install the theme, as it will programmatically do extra steps for you. If something went wrong during the import, it’s also recommended to address the issue right now as it might lead to other problems in the future.
You can easily reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard.

Thank you for your thoughtful reply, it works as a kind of healing for me.
Frankly, I did reset all my entire servers include DB, twice before you reply.
Because I just could not sleep at all last weekend.But I tried along with your words, and then now it gets better.
however still not enough to proceed to the next level.1. This is slightly wider or shorter than demos.
I’m afraid some .css file has been gone.2. In the dashboard, it doesn’t function properly.
3. We have 4 members, but I can’t find any on the ‘members’ page.
It’s just not showing up.
Is there no demo data about members or groups?Sorry for the file size I attached.

I’ve visited your website and your demo has been imported correctly. No styling is missing. The slight differences that you see with our live demo comes from the fact that we HAVEN’T selected Elementor as primary page builder. Instead, our Youzer demo homepage has been built with the WP Customizer. (Please see attached.)
Some minor padding differences might be seen between the WP Customizer homepage and the Elementor “Home” template that you’ve imported. But those differences can also be seen on our live demo. (Please see attached.)
Finally, if you wish to edit and change those differences, simply go to your page and open it with Elementor. From there, you can change the layout for your sections if you find them too wide.
