Hi Themasaurus team,
I’m trying to change the color of the Profile Header in Buddypress (for the Cera Intranet Theme), I noticed an option in the customizer that should allow me to change it, but it doesn’t seem to be working.
I am not allowing my members to upload custom headers, but I am now stuck with a dark purple color that doesn’t fit my theme. Can you tell me how I can change it?

You changed the color in the right field. However, you might still be seeing the original color because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). So to see the result, you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. Let us know if this helped you solve your issue. If not, it’s best if we take a quick look at this… In that case, would you please create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, will we be free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
