Button function not appearing/working

    Hello,

    I recently purchased Cera and love it however running into some issues. We are getting ready to launch our intranet site however running into the following issues. I attached photos of demo site and my site to give you a visual.

    Social page: in the “Posting” section “whats new” the “attachement, Public, my profile, post” is not showing up. It will not allow for a user to post on the social wall.

    Social Page: when “commenting” on a post or replying the “post” function is not working.

    Groups: in the “home” page of the group its giving me the same issue as the social page with not showing the “Posting” section “whats new” the “attachement, Public, my profile, post”

    1. Cannot add media in the social page: Can you confirm me rtMedia plugin is installed and activated, please?
    2. Cannot post reply in social page: Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings. You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.
    3. Cannot post reply in group: We’ll check this with the previous point.

    Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

    I think there is something going on at a server level. To help us getting clues and find a solution to this issue, please activate logging on your website, just turn WP_DEBUG to true, by pasting the following code lines in your wp-config.php file, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’:

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    
    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    
    // Disable display of errors and warnings 
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

    Please note tat I took the liberty to attribute an homepage to make some tests and I change the background form color to make it more visible. When replying to a somment, the form was invisible.

    However this time, thanks to the code snippet that you’ve recently added to your wp-config.php file, we should be able to read the error.

    Could you share the content of your debug.log file with us please? You can post the content of this file as plain text in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.

    After having reviewed your next reply, we’ll be able to tell you if the issue is caused by our product, a third party plugin or any type misconfiguration on your server.

    If we’re not able to help, we’ll recommend you to transfer the error logs to the plugin author or to your server hosting support.

    It seems this issue is related to SiteGround Optimizer plugin. When deactivating this plugin, it seems all si working fine. Can you please check on your side?

    Is suggest you to reach out the plugin’s authors. They will be better suited to help you with this issue : SiteGround Optimizer Support.
    Don’t hesitate to explain them that it seems their plugin causes an issue with the Activity Stream of BuddyPress plugin.
