Could you confirm that you’re using Paid Memberships Pro and Grimlock for Paid Memberships Pro please ?
Also, if I understand correctly, you wish to change the title from the pricing tables and make it look like our demo ? (Please see attached.)

Could you paste the following shortcode to your page and show a screenshot of the result please ?
[pmpro_levels]To edit the membership levels, simply go to you dashboard to “Memberships > Settings”. There, you will find the levels to add or edit. (Please see attached.)
