Hi,
All the searches we do don’t return any results, sometimes the loaded page goes back to the home page and when it displays the result page, it always says “Sorry, no members were found”.I have disabled the Paid Memberships Pro pluggin but nothing works,
I have installed User Switching pluggin but still nothing.August 4, 2020 at 18:54 #15901@themosaurusrex- 0 Topics

Hi @coriaas,
“Subscriber” is the default role attributed to users when they register on your WordPress website. Could please share a screenshot to show us where in your WP admin you’re able to change the user roles from “Subscriber” to “Members”?
Anyway, my best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.
Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? Please also keep PMPro and its add-ons deactivated. And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.
Thank you.

Hi @coriaas,
After taking a look on your website, we found that the members directory was blocked for non members in the Paid Membership Pro for BuddyPress settings. What’s more only active members will appear in your directory. To manually make them active, you can user the User Switching plugin to login with each of the members to make them active. But when you do that, make sure you don’t have any “Maintenance” page active, like the landing page that you have on your website at the moment, otherwise it will not work.
Hope this helps!
Regards,
